Byrd: Almost Arnold Time and some Jeezy!

Offseason is in full swing, with goals of bringing up some weak points and getting healthy! So far the body weight is up and body is healing nicely. Currently no meets in the near future, but still lots of big goals.

Guess who is health(ish) and finally carrying some bodyweight?

With now less than 14 weeks till the Arnold, my focus is on finishing up this offseason, making sure im healthy, and that my gear is nice and broke in.

This week I wanted to handle as much weight as I could on the bench as I am shutting it down for 2 weeks before prep starts. All weights were going to be off the 3board with the hopes of hitting a nice PR.

raw up to 370 full range
3board singles
550
680
770
860 miss

band push downs 150 total reps

Overall I am pleased with it as a whole. The 860 I simply wasnt strong enough. Some of the positives are that my set up feels good, my hip is feeling good, and I think that it will all carry over to a big bench.
