Byrd: Its Time to Train

Bet that wasnt the topless pic you hopped for, but it is a sweet power gut! While you are here, you might as well read the log and pick up some new 10/20/Life hats!

The final deload before starting meet prep is always boring. I am ready to get to the hard stuff, but it just has to wait! I will be competing down in Ft. Lauderdale on September 30th. Looks to be a great expo put on by the Underwoods and Shawn Knowles. This are quality ran meets with fair judging. Hopefully it will all come together for a big total.

The deload this week was simple. Just get blood moving and call it a day.
Bench: 225 for 3×5
deadlift 225 for 5×2
squat up to 340 for 2 on the SSB.

That really was it, the rest was helping the team. I know it is boring, but it was needed. I am looking forward to squatting well in the next few weeks, so my body needed this nice little break!
