I am in offseason training mode. I may target a meet in fall 2017.
Week 6 offseason was scheduled to be a heavy bench with deload on SQ/DL. Work got really crazy this week with 2 upcoming roadway design deadlines. It pretty much de-railed my week including my assistance and SQ/DL sessions. I was fortunately able to get my bench session in though.
Increased the weight tonight for triples. I mis-counted the bar weight and ended up going a little heavier then planned. Looking ahead for the next few training sessions, I am going to go one more week for triples. After that I will transition to 3-4 sessions of doubles. After that I would like to fall back to triples again and accomplish a short term goal of 455 triple. It has been a while since I hit that number.
