LCS Week 5, Session 2 Suit bottoms

Working on some stability issues and getting back into some suit work.

Lowcountry Strength is currently in our off season training.  Lots of different things going on right now.  I’ve moved the group into a higher volume phase while I’m working with Zane Geeting for my training.  Pretty cool to see quite a few different things happening for all the folks here.

As always, a big thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their continued support of TeamPRS.

4 sets of 3 @70% in briefs and suit bottoms for the squat

5 singles against a light band, belt only focusing on some speed in the pull

Finished up with some RDLs, leg extentions, GHR and calf raises.

I’m normally a low bar raw squatter and trying to move the bar back up a bit for some geared work.  It always seems to take me a couple weeks to find the geared groove again.  Stability really shows up at the top during the last couple reps.

Deads feel great.  Hook grip has come a long way.  Really starting to feel almost natural with less and less abnormal pain.  Lol, still hurts though.
