Hey Rob,

On day 3 you won’t do any of the “A” assistance work. Only things from B and C.

You will do 7 total total movements. 2 of them come from “squat B”, two from “deadlift B”.

The remaining 3 movements you choose from “squat/deadlift C.” So you might pick two from squat C and 1 from deadlift C.
