Chris- it is the full week before the meet.

Your last heavy squats and pulls will be 10-14 days before and last heavy bench 7-10 days out.

For reference, I will be lifting at the Arnold on March 3. My last heavy squat and deadlift (last warm ups and openers) will be on February 18. Last heavy bench (last warm up and opener) will be February 22.

Hopefully that clears it up for you!
