Adam Driggers 7-30-2014 Pulling

Here’s my  dealift training for this week. Nothing much changed from the previous week other than the weight for the pulls jumped 10 lbs. I was still able to complete the three sets of 8 so I’ll jump again next week. My long term goal is 500 for 8 for 3 sets. Once I hit that I’ll back off a while and push the reps higher at lower weight. Or maybe something else. Just not sure yet. I got closer to it than I expected to this soon so I haven’t planned past it as of yet.

Pulls:

460 x 8 for 3 sets

Here are the first and third sets:

Pull-ups:

5 reps for 3 sets

Pull-downs:

125 x 15 for 3 sets

I was done after this. The reps are catching up with me, but they did before and I adjusted, so maybe that will happen again soon. That’s the idea anyway.
