Adam Driggers Bench Training, 6/30/2014

Yesterday I continued my higher volume training on the bench. This is the second week of this wave and it’s becoming much easier as weeks and months go by. I’m embarrassed by how few reps I could do when I first began increasing my volume a couple of months ago. I was struggling after only a few sets of eight and literally failing with low twos on the late sets. It sucked.

Here’s what it looks like:

Bench:

350 x 8 for 3 sets

DB Incline:

70 x 15 for 3 sets

Flyes:

35 x 20 for 3 sets

I would normally do some triceps training but I’m adding in a forth day for arms so I’ll save it for then.
