Andrew Serrano 14 Weeks Out Deadlifts

Second week back on a full training schedule. My muscles are just starting to feel full and hydrated and I’m feeling more connected to my body. 500 from a deficit moved better this week than it did a month ago before the break so I’m in a much better position at this point than I was last year. The diet is slowly coming together and I should be in a flow by the end of the month.


Deadlifts

2 inch Deficit 5×5 RPE 8 (500)

Snatch Grip RDLs 8×5 (315)

Chin Ups 4×10

DB Row 3×20

Face Pulls 4×25

Suitcase Hold 5 min
