lat pull down 3×8
goblet squat

Kb swings
3×8

Real easy, basic, and to the point. My bicep is sore today, so I prob will not do the one arm rows again for a bit. Still trying to figure out what will bother this arm and what will not. Back and hip are slowly getting better.

2nd round knock out!
