Byrd: Throw Back Lifting

Still battling injuries and health concerns. Training has not been great, or even fun to write about. I did manage to sneak to the local commercial gym and do some bodybuilding stuff. Just some curls, tris, direct leg work, boring but needed stuff. I have managed to get a deep tissue massage and working on getting into the suggested chiropractor. So long story short, my body still hates me, but I am fighting back haha!

Being there is no video, here is one that showed up in my time hop. 2011 SPF meet in Myrtle Beach, single ply in 308. Cruised to a 2100 total, and apparently I decided to pause squat during the meet!

From my favorite rap album of all time!
