If you&#039;re on the cusp, you&#039;ll have to peak, then back off and peak again.  7 weeks is a fine timeline for this.  If your numbers far exceed the qualifiers, simply deload one week out, hit submaximal attempts in the meet and then continue on with your training cycle.  Don&#039;t &quot;peak&quot; for the qualifier.  Again, all depends on your numbers in relation to the qualifying totals.]]></description>

Do everything with close watch of someone who knows sports related injuries and is not going to treat you the same as the little old lady who got hurt in the garden. Only push it when its smart and been advised by someone who knows the injury well (Doctor or PT)]]></description>
