29 Jan Dan Dalenberg- Last Bench for RUM8
Training for RUM 8 on February 8th. I will be lifting on the wrapped/monolift day, hoping to post another 2000+ raw total.
Finished bench strong and feeling good about how this went.
Warm up
Band circuit- Face pulls, pressdowns, fly

Bench- Up to opener
135 x 5
225 x 3
315 x 1
405 x 1
460- Opener x 1. Moved really well. My biceps are a little beat up, but some rest and all will be good.
Band Pressdown and Fly- 50 reps each
Monster Mini band for both
Really happy with how this went, openers done and all the real training is over. Looking forward to relaxing a bit over the next week and seeing everyone at the meet.

Dan Dalenberg is a pro level raw and equipped powerlifter with elite totals in the 220, 242 and 275 class. Best official raw meet lifts include an 804 squat, 507 bench press, 715 dead lift and 2006 total. Best equipped lifts include an 950 squat, 715 bench, 735 deadlift and 2400 total at 242.
