Week 1- Final couple training sessions before the meet. Nothing exciting to see here.
Monday
Bench- 3 singles with 225
Overhead Press- Seated machine. A few sets of 12 or so
A couple hundred reps of band pressdowns and chest fly
Tuesday and Wednesday
McGill Big 3 x a lot
Walked for 45 minutes both days with this little turd:
I feel pretty good. Ready to bench, next update will be meet results.
