Training for the XPC/RPS Atlantic City meet on August 29th. I will be lifting raw with wraps at 242.

Whatever I managed to tweak in my back last week is completely better. Clearly was a very minor thing. Thankful for that.

Deads- 80%- 2 x 2

Up to 565 for two doubles.
