Really good bench session this week. Hitting a solid stride coming into the Arnold Classic, with just a couple big training sessions left to go. Really just one more big squat to hit and then basically coast into the meet.
Bench- Opener, Reverse Band: 2nd, 3rd
Opener: 450 (video above)
2nd: 500 (no video)
3rd: 525 (video above). I went a little above my 3rd attempt hear. Realistically I think my attempts will be 450, 490, 515.
Shoulder Press- Hammer strength machine for 4 x 10. No idea on weight.
Incline Dumbbell- 75 x 4 x 12
