Dan Dalenberg|Week 2| SQ/DL

Training for the XPC/RPS Atlantic City meet on August 29th. I will be lifting raw with wraps at 242.

Finished up my squat and deadlift training last night. Worked up to last warm ups and was done. No assistance work, just the squats and pulls.

Squat- 650 x 1

Deads- 585 x 1

Easy stuff, ready for the meet.

Weight Cut

I’ve been waking up between 252-254 so it should be pretty easy to get down to 242. For RUM I did a longer water load than what you would usually see and it worked very well. Low carbs and a 10 day water load got it done for basically the same amount of weight. So I decided to go ahead and do that again, started the water load yesterday with 1.5 gallons. I’ll be between 2-2.5 gallons from today till the meet.
