02 Jul Danny Bellmore – Heading Into a Long Offseason
I just completed the 2017 APF Senior Nationals. With just a small set back the meet went fairly well. I finished with a decent total with a win in the Masters and the Open. I will be going into a long off season with nothing planned as far as meets go. We will take it slowly.
New two tone racerback now available.
There is nothing earth shattering to write about this week. I generally go through post meet depression, this time it seems to be a bit worse than usual. It takes time to get through these things so I will just ride it out. I have not done much as far as training is concerned. I am still feeling over all like shit. My chest is on the mend from tearing it up some at the meet. I battled a respiratory infection for the last 6 weeks of my training cycle that I am now taking antibiotics for. Breathing is much better than it had been in a while. Still having the same back issues as normal.
These new hats are like potato chips. You cant just have one!
I will be back in the gym next week getting the blood flowing again. The plan is to ease back into things.
I have a few weaknesses I want to hit in the off season.
