23 Oct Danny Bellmore – Off Season
I just completed the 2017 APF Senior Nationals. With just a small set back the meet went fairly well. I finished with a win in the Masters and the Open. I will be going into a long off season with nothing planned as far as meets go.
This week was a hectic week, between work and my daughters field hockey practices/ games I only managed to make it to the gym once this week. I am currently just going through the motions as I sort through the neck problem. The mega doses of prednisone didn’t seem to do anything but kill my appetite and make me nauseas. I am waiting on the doctors to decide what the next step will be. They are talking either an epidural or some sort of block. Either way these are just temporary fixes. This sort of thing does nothing to repair the roots cause, just a band aide and we have to make the insurance carrier happy.
