Danny Vega – Off Season Week 4 – Deadlifts

I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.

Going Beltless has been draining. Next time I pull should be above 600 so the belt is going on. Today was just a tough workout to get through.

Deadlift 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 405×1, 495×4, 525×4, 2×4@575

Beltless block pulls continue to suck. Pulled 20lbs more than week 1. 555×3,2

DB rows 110,130,150×8, 120×20

DB rows 3×8@110,130,150, then 120×20

Finished with BW GHR 2×15 supersetted with BW pull-ups 2×10
