Danny Vega – Off-season Week 4 – squats and deads

Currently in Off-season mode. Will be preparing for a meet in the late fall after this 10 week block.

Today was a crappy day. Was having issues being lightheaded all morning. Had more carbs than usual which is the only thing I did different so it had to be that. Anyway, still kept everything below an 8 RPE.

Squat 55*10, 145*5, 195*3, 245*3, 325*3, 415*5, 455*5, added wraps 505*5@7-8 RPE

Deadlifts 225*1, 315*1, 405*1, 455*1, 505*1, 555*5@7 RPE 

Pause squats 285*5, 325*5, 325*5 

GHR 3*8@bw + 25
