29 Dec Danny Vega – Off Season Week 7 – Deadlift
I am currently in off season mode. Over the next 4 months I will be focusing on building my bench and working on some weak points until I start meet prep for next May’s RPS Redemption meet. I will be competing raw with wraps in the 242 weight class.

This is my last week going Beltless on squats and pulls. I’m trying to get as much volume in as possible without a belt to strengthen my trunk before I work with heavier loads. Today we pulled off the blocks.
Beltless block pulls 135×5, 225×3, 315×2, 405×1, 455×5, 2×5@505, 1×5@555
Chest supported rows 270×10, 360×10,10,15
DB rows 120×10, 150×8, 170×6 per side
Dead hang pull ups 3×6
Reverse pec deck 2×20
