I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.
Week 7 squat
1. Squat 5×3@435,465,500,500,500
2. Pause squats (2 count) 3×3@435,435,435
3. Single leg GM 3×8@70
4. Reverse sled drags 405×3 sets
