Danny Vega – RPS Redemption meet prep – 4/14 squats

I am training for the RPS Redemption/XPC Qualifier on May 30, 2015. I will be competing in the classic raw 220lb weight class.

Man I’m tired. 

Thorough warm-up including hip circle, passovers, bird dogs, overhead squats and empty bar work.

1. Squat 145*5, 195*3, 235*2, 325*2, 415*2, 465*2, 505*2, 560*2

2. High bar close stance squat 325*5, 4*5@345

3. Singleleg GM 88*8, 88*8, 70*8

4. Walked up the stairs for cardio.
