Danny Vega – USPA MEAT prep – Week one Bench

I am preparing to compete at the USPA Veterans Classic on November 15th. I will be competing fake raw with wraps in the 220 weight class. 

Still sore from Monday’s squats. This week is lower intensity with a ton of volume.
