I’m moving into meet prep before equipment comes into play in preparation for a meet in October.
Heavy Lower Day (Warm ups – Empty bar squats with wraps on quads/hams, rotational hip stretches, TFL stretch, bird dogs and shoulder mobility)
– Reverse band (-80-90lbs in bottom) Squats – up to 1003lbs x3
This was a pretty significant increase for me as the absolute lightest this got in th ebottom was the same(ish) as my former 3RM with straight weight.
Check out the video for the details!
