17 Jan Driggers, 1-17-2015, Squats
Today’s training was abbreviated a bit by appointments I had this afternoon for work, but I still got a bit of work in. My squat is coming back a little at a time. I’ve been taking it easy to baby a bothersome hip.
Today was as heavy as I’ve been in weeks. My hip is stubborn and is sore now, but it felt okay in the midst of training.
My squats today:
390 x 3
425 x 3 for 2 sets
Leg Press:
600 x 12 for 3 sets
Leg Curls on the Rev. Hypers:
3 sets of 12.
Then I was off to work.
