Slow week for me in the gym. My business is really busy and I’m a little lost on focus for training recently. In spite of that I was able to do some descent training on Saturday:
Cambered bar squats:
345 x 3 for 5 sets
Leg Press:
550 x 15 for 3 sets
Stiff legged Good Mornings:
3 sets of 15 with Orange Band.
Leg Curls on the Reverse Hyper:
3 sets of 12
