
16 Aug LCS 10 weeks out, Early week training

The whole LCS team is in full on meet prep for the RPS Revenant Rising in Wilmington, NC on October 29th at the Hybrid Athlete Mission. We’ve got several signed up already with maybe a few more coming later.
This will be a wonderful meet get signed up early if you’re interested. It’ll sell out quick. If you need any help, reach out to me or anybody else on my team. We’ll be there in force.
My training today consisted of 6 singles at 70%. The rest of my bench group was doing triples to a 2board at 75%.
Our squat group:
Squat Day
Warm Up
prowler: 2×40 yards
Bird dogs: 3×10
Goblet squats: 3×10
TKEs: 3×15
Squats:
75%for 3×3
Briefs and suit straps down for geared folks
Knee wraps for the raw ones but self wrapped.
Low box squats:
RPE 6 for 3×3
Any bar can be used and really work position.
Box must be below parallel
Walking lunges: 3×10/10
Split squats: 3×12/12
w/ weight
Stir the pots: 4×25
