Doing some deload deadlifts. Pretty happy with the technique so far and the hook grip is getting better every week. Going to start pulling full gear after this week. Got to get used to the straps up and figure out whether I’ll try briefs under the suit this time or not.
There’s a small group of us that’ll be competing Oct 28th at the RPS Revenant Rising in Wilmington, NC.
As always, a big thanks to Inzer Advance Designs and Captain Jacked for their continued support of TeamPRS.
