18 Apr LCS 3 Weeks Out of May 6, Squats and more squats
Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet. This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting. It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in. We won’t turn anybody away. Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

Lots going on as we get closer to a big in-house fun day. Quite a few folks are gearing up big. I’m pretty excited to see what everybody is really capable of. We’ve had a really good off season cycle that’s going to lead into some good numbers. I don’t push for PR’s in the off season but despite that, it looks like we’re going to be seeing some just from some of the positive changes we’ve made.

525×1 smoke show. Could be a 600lbs squat without knee wraps.
Billy’s got a goal of 600. He’ll do it if he keeps his nose to grind stone. Wish he worked as hard at his raw stuff as he does his geared work. 😉
