This will start our heaviest prep for our in-house meet. Being that this isn’t a full meet we’re still treating this like offseason with a slightly heavier back end prep.
Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet. This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting. It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in. We won’t turn anybody away. Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

[wa-wps] Still breaking in a new shirt. Relatively close grip and very limited ROM until it gets a little more pliable.
Being a little short on spotters, opted for more reps than more weight this week. Arms were jacked up from having to squat the day prior. I find it easier to bench then squat on subsequent days rather than squat first. Arms are just trashed.
