
07 Mar LCS Week 5, Session 3
Lowcountry Strength is currently in our off season training. Lots of different things going on right now. I’ve moved the group into a higher volume phase while I’m working with Zane Geeting for my training. Pretty cool to see quite a few different things happening for all the folks here.

Deads in briefs: 3 doubles at RPE 7
495×2, 495×2, 525×2 (last 2 shown in video)
Deads in briefs w/ light bands pulling from the front: 5 triples at RPE 7
405×3 x5sets
Raw wide stance pause squats: 3×5 at RPE 7
Barbell rows: 5 sets of 8
Good girl/Bad girl super set: 3 sets of 15 each
Deads are feeling really good. I can definitely tell what Zane is getting at the bands pulling to the front. I’m loose up top and am not pulling the bar back quite well enough. It’s easy at the weight it is now but I can tell this particular accessory has a specific purpose for me.
