LCS Wk 8, Session 3

Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet.  This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting.  It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in.  We won’t turn anybody away.  Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

Thought of the day: Don’t neglect the little stuff.  Sure we want the big things to progress but keep in mind they are the sum of the little moving parts.  Take care of all your joints with a couple extra sets.  An extra 5-10 minutes here and there for some mobility, or blood flow work can add years to training.
