LCS Wk7, Session 2

Lowcountry Strength is currently training for an in-house mock meet.  This is an open day to anybody interested in powerlifting.  It’s a free event to come out, ask questions, hang out and get a lift in.  We won’t turn anybody away.  Come ask your questions about powerlifting or just lifting in general.

Thought of the day: Practice makes permanent.  Don’t be afraid to spend some time during your warm up/acclimation sets to focus on technique.  If doing a couple more sets to help dial in technique has you worried about not feeling fresh for your working sets then you have bigger problems that need to be addressed… fatty.
