31 Dec Lisa Guggisberg: Last Pulls & Squats of 2017
I recently competed at the RPS Florida State Championship where I totaled where I totaled 936lbs raw at 114lb. I am currently in off season with plans on competing at the Women’s Pro Am in April.
Warm Up:
- McGill Big 3

- Goblet Squats 2 x 20
Squat Work:
- 135 x 5
- 155 x 3
- 185 x 3
- 205 x 3
- 225 x 3
- 255 x 3
- 275 x 3
I am currently 16 weeks out from the Women’s Pro Am so I decided to throw my Inzer Gripper wraps on. I struggle with sitting back into my wraps and want to work on this with lighter weight.
Deadlift:
All Sumo deficit off 2″ block.

- 255 x 3
- 275 x 3
- 300 x 2 x 3
So this was my last workout for 2017. I usually don’t make New Year’s resolutions but talking to Paul Oneid I do have two things I am doing this year. 1. I am making NO a complete sentence. I don’t need to give reason for saying No anymore. 2. I will stop stressing over and giving my time to shitty people.
