08 Jan Lisa Guggisberg: Offseason Squat/Deadlift
I am currently in offseason mode with plans on competing in the Women’s Pro Am in April in the raw division.
I was able to make it out and train with the guys at Team Samson this Saturday.
Warm up:
- McGill Big 3
- Goblet squats
- Bar 2×5
Squat work (RPE 7)
- 155 x 5
- 205 x 5
- 255 x 3
- 305 x 3 x 2
I threw on a new pair of sweet I double ply grid stitch briefs. Â I think I put some weight on they will be a good fit.
Deadlift work:
All off 2” blocks and RPE 7
- 225 x 5
- 275×3
- 315 3×3
Finished up with some uneven farmers/suitcase carries 5 x 200 meters and stir the pots x200.
