18 Apr Lisa Guggisberg: Pre-Contest Week 10 2018 Women’s Pro Am
So it’s meet week! All the training is done. This week is about resting, recovering and focusing on weight cut. Otherwise I feel ready. I am flying out on Friday and plan on getting in early afternoon. PRS Team mate Jason Kowaleski will be going to handle me. This could turn out to be bad, two unsupervised fat kids in a city full of good food to re-feed on, Jason may come back a SHW. This will be my first year doing the Women’s Pro Am and looking forward to it.

- McGill Big 3
- Banded Side walks
- Goblet Squats
- Bar 2 x 10
Worked up to my last warm ups on all three movements for 1 single.
- Squat 305
- Bench 135
- Deadlift 315
Everything moved well and I shut it down until meet day. I plan on doing some light powerbuilding/accessory work the rest of this week to keep some blood flow and to do a glycogen flush on Thursday.
