Deadlift Work:

  • 135 x 5
  • 185 x 5
  • 225 x 5
  • 255 x 5
  • 285 x 1 x 5

Accessory Work:

  • Paused squats 3 x 5 @ RPE 7 on belt squat
  • Farmers Carry/Suitcase carry
  • Walking Lunges
  • One leg GM 3 x15
  • Stir the pot x 60
  • McGill Pull Ups
