10 Apr Lisa Guggisberg-RPS US OPEN MEAT PREP. LAST HEAVY SQUAT & DEADLIFTS
I am currently 2 weeks out from the RPS US Open where I will be competing at 114lbs Raw with wraps. Brian Carroll will be competing as well. Jonathan Byrd, Jason Kowalewski and Channing Doyle will be making the trip to help Brian. It should be a good meet.

Things are moving a little slower than I like but at his point of being in meet prep for almost 20 weeks it’s to be expected. Strength is there, I just gotta dial in the form and get my head on right.

I got a carb re-feed today too. Not as exciting as you think. I had to get 400-500 carbs within 4 hours after training. Pretty much stuffing my face with 100g of carbs with NO fat every hour for 4 hours.
