Paul Oneid – Squats and Pulls 10 weeks out

MEAT PREP TIME!  I’ll be competing at the EPC (IPL) Finals December 10, 2017 up here in my hometown of Ottawa, ON. I’ll be lifting at 220lbs and coming home with a nice $2500 cheque.  I am still working with Jonathan Byrd as my coach and Tucker Loken-Dahle is still helping with my diet.  This off-season was perhaps my most productive to date and I am looking forward to showcasing the improvements I have made.

Working triples today at a static weight.  Things moved really well and each set of squats was a PR triple.  I don’t have much else to say, but I plan on doing some video logs here in the near future to get more of my thoughts out.  This meet means a lot to me and I am putting everything I have into my preparation.  I’ve never competed in my home town and I will have a lot of close friends and family there to support.  Everything I do in and out of training will prepare me for that day.  No rep, or activity will be wasted.  The little things all count.
