Has anybody here successfully used 10/20/Life as strength and conditioning for jiu jitsu? If so, how has it worked out for you and how do you set it up? Thank you!
I have a couple BJJ guys that I help. It works great! There’s a definite correlation between increasing the strength but with optimal exercises that help but not interfere with your sport. How many days a week do you train jiu jitsu? That points us in a direction of whether setting up a combo day type weekly schedule will be the most beneficial. I’ve got guys that lift 3 or 4 days a week. Offseason is generally more aggressive for strength and conditioning and the 10 weeks of pre-meet are switched to more jiu jitsu based if you have a tournament you are training for. Give me a bit more info and I get a bit more specific.
