• Looking for a little help with my 10/20/lift cycle So I’m coming up on my last week of offseason training cycle. Test week, how should I approach it? Keep the 4 day split (squat test and accessories, bench test and accessories, dead test and accessories, fluff and buff)
    Or should I treat it like a traditional test day that mimics a comp, 9 attempts in one day?
