I want to perform McGill pull ups as they seem like a great assistance exercise but can’t get perform a pull up. Can the same method of repeated singles work for inverted rows?

I would suggest working on pull-ups with band assistance first. Then, eventually working on explosive singles McGill style. You can send videos in if you’d like and we can critique.
