I’ve got +/-39 weeks till I plan to do my next meet in December. Would it be better to go through 3 offseasons and 1 pre contest or 2 sets of off/pre? My first inclination is 2 sets of off/pre and have a gym mock meet in the middle to test where I’m at and what my weaknesses are.
I would look at doing a full offseason, then an offseason in which you take a few heavier sets the final weeks. Use those as a starting point for the following meet prep. How is the back feeling these days?
