I’m looking at switching from metal to inzer gear, what are your recommendations for single ply gear and is the sizing going to be the same as metal?

I personally am in multiply gear, but I have had 3 people in our gym use the Rage X and do great with it. And 100% the Fusion DL. You can’t go wrong with it. As far as sizing goes, there are sizing charts that work perfectly right on the inzer site. Note that sizing across different items from inzer vary, so make sure you are sizing off the right chart. Example: briefs measure one size larger than fusion. So make sure you pay attention. Sizing charts are in the link below.

Sabrina is owner/operator of Catalyst Training Center in Grand Rapids, MI. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Health-Fitness Instruction and has been working as a personal trainer since 2010. Since then Sabrina has done nothing but win, most recently n 2016 taking 2nd place at Laura Phelps' Cincinnati Women's Pro-Am totaling 1125 raw and 1st place at Relentless Detroit totaling 1443 both in the 198 weight class.
