Todd,

Have someone smaller than you wear it for a few times. Wet it down and keep it wet on the seams while it’s new and needs to stretch a bit.

If its super small, then have a female in your gym wear it that is tiny. I know you weight 320, so start there and have others wear it until you can get it one.

If you can get the gear on, but it’s too tight, wear it as long as you can ten take it off. This sounds silly but you’ll stretch it out and it’ll mold to you/you’ll build tolerance and you’ll be good!
