In reference to Brian’s article on Speed Lifters vs Grinders I was thinking of implementing lifts (squats & benches not deads) with either slow eccentrics or pauses just to help building the ability to grind through a lift.
Just wanted to know if any of you guys have tried this and what your thoughts are?
