I recently got back in to lifting again after taking about a 1.5 years of a break because my family needed me. Since about the time Hurricane Irma left us I’ve been slowly building back up to where I was before I took a break. A buddy got me in to start wrapping my knees before I had to stop. Since I’ve gotten back in to the swing of things I was wondering when should I start wrapping my knees again?
Thanks for the question. This is going to depend on so many things. Sorry to hear about Irma impacting you and your training.
I usually say that anything at 70% or above of your wrapped max should include knee wraps, contingent on your phase of training, goals and overall GPP.
