11 Aug Team Samson Powerlifting- Saturdays in summer… In Florida.

There wasn’t a whole lot of big things going on this week in the gym. Driggers is squatting again and most of the rest of the team is in off season mode. We had a lot of deloads going on on Monday. Some guys just taking a break, as we have some visitors coming into town this up coming Monday and things are bound to get crazy.

Not much footage this week. Here we have Keith, Driggers, and Filipe working mid to high 3’s for some reps. Sometimes its tough to get all your work in on these Saturday Sessions. It’s ridiculously hot here in florida, the heat index is around 100 plus degrees almost every day and 100% humidity. Some days the heat sucks the life out of you, other days its sushi and a coma-like nap that keeps some of us going.
